YarboCare Extended Warranty helps you plan for continued protection of your eligible new Yarbo robot after its standard warranty ends. Choose three additional years of extended warranty coverage, or select a package that also includes one or three years of accidental damage protection. Coverage is available for qualifying Yarbo products that include a Core, with plan pricing based on the applicable product purchase-value band.

Eligibility must be verified before enrollment. This listing is offered for qualifying new Yarbo products only. Refurbished units, accessories, and standalone modules are not eligible for these protection plans. Buying a plan at checkout does not activate coverage; registration and confirmation are required.

Choose the protection that fits your Yarbo

Every option includes a three-year extended warranty. For an eligible product with Yarbo’s standard two-year comprehensive warranty, that extends qualifying warranty protection to five years in total. Optional accidental damage protection has its own one-year or three-year term. Its duration should not be confused with the combined five-year standard and extended warranty period.

• 1-Year Accidental Damage + 3-Year Extended Warranty: The same extended warranty, plus one year of accidental damage protection, subject to the issued policy’s terms.
• 3-Year Accidental Damage + 3-Year Extended Warranty: The same extended warranty, plus three years of accidental damage protection, subject to the issued policy’s terms.

Review the policy details for the start and end dates of each coverage component. Selecting a longer accidental damage option does not remove the policy’s exclusions, eligibility conditions, or maximum compensation limit.

Which Yarbo products qualify?

Eligible new products include Yarbo Lawn Mower, Snow Blower, Blower, and Trimmer packages supplied with a Yarbo Core, as well as qualifying combination packages. A mower or snow blower module purchased on its own does not qualify through this listing. This protection is intended for eligible equipment purchased directly from Yarbo or from an authorized Yarbo dealer.

You must not already have purchased an extended warranty for the product. The dealer policy requires purchase within the first 60 days of the standard warranty period. Contact us with your order information so we can confirm eligibility and the applicable deadline before enrollment. Third-party marketplace purchases, including Amazon orders, are not eligible under the dealer terms.

How pricing works

Select your preferred protection package and the purchase-value band that applies to your eligible Yarbo product. Available bands run from $800-$1,999 through $11,000-$12,999. We verify the appropriate band against your invoice before processing enrollment. If the correct band is unclear, or your purchase falls outside those bands, contact us before ordering.

The plan price is separate from the robot purchase price. The warranty cannot be combined with discounts, promotions, or campaigns unless Yarbo expressly permits it. Keep your original product invoice and protection-plan confirmation together for future reference.

What is covered, and what is excluded?

The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects, performance failures, and other product quality issues as defined by Yarbo’s official warranty policy. It does not cover accidental damage, weather-related damage, cosmetic issues, or normal wear and tear.

The optional accidental damage component provides separate protection for qualifying accidental damage, with examples including breaks and drops. The dealer policy also includes extended malfunction protection and power surge protection. The issued policy determines covered events, exclusions, and claim requirements. Do not assume every accident, environmental condition, or type of damage is covered.

Compensation limit: Total reimbursement or compensation is based on the original product purchase price, up to a maximum of $5,000 per covered product, regardless of its retail or replacement value. Purchasing a plan for equipment costing more than $5,000 does not increase that stated cap.

Enrollment and activation

To arrange coverage, we need the customer’s invoice, email address, and the Yarbo unit’s serial number. We submit those details to the Yarbo sales representative, who records the enrollment information. XCotton, Yarbo’s authorized service provider, activates the coverage and sends the customer a confirmation email containing the policy details.

Your order confirmation is a purchase record; it is not the coverage activation notice. Enrollment remains subject to eligibility verification and completion of the required registration. Check the confirmation email carefully and contact us if any product or customer information needs correction.
