Shipping Policy

At The Green Team (Green Team Lighting LLC), we work hard to ship orders accurately and on time. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders paid via ACH (bank transfer) will not ship until payment has fully cleared.
- Payment authorizations may be placed at checkout. Funds are captured once the order is confirmed for shipment.
Pre-orders and back-ordered items will ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page or communicated at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We currently do not offer standard international shipping through our online store.
We do not ship to:- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
For destinations outside the United States, international shipping may be available by request only. Please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order to request a shipping quote and confirm availability.
If international shipping is approved:- Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges
- These fees are non-refundable
- Additional shipping terms may apply and will be provided prior to order confirmation
3. Local Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup for eligible products. Orders placed for pickup are shipped to our store and prepared for pickup after processing. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. Pickup availability timing may vary by product.
4. Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: $12.50 on eligible orders
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100
- Freight or palletized shipments
- Oversized or heavy items
- Special-order or custom products, where noted
If an order qualifies for free shipping and is later returned, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
5. Freight Shipments
Some items ship via freight or palletized delivery due to size or weight.
Freight deliveries may include:- Palletized curbside delivery
- Delivery appointments
- Signature required at delivery
6. Freight Delivery Requirements
- Inspect all freight shipments before signing for delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the item, packaging, and pallet
- Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage within this time frame may void eligibility for replacement or return.
7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination
- Freight shipping costs include carrier handling and delivery fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returned items
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.
We will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments in accordance with this Shipping Policy.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Force majeure events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has shipped.
10. Incorrect Address or Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Failed delivery attempts
Additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
