3. Products & Availability

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; minor differences may occur.

Availability is subject to stock levels; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and by U.S. bank account (ACH transfer).

All payments are securely processed by Stripe and PayPal on our behalf. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

For card payments, your order will be processed immediately once payment is authorized.

For bank account (ACH) payments, you authorize Green Team Lighting LLC to debit your account for the order total in accordance with NACHA operating rules. ACH payments may take up to 3–5 business days to clear. Orders paid via ACH will not ship until payment has been confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available; returned payments may result in additional fees and cancellation of your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not offer standard international shipping unless explicitly approved in advance.

Order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, freight requirements, and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy governs returns.

Cancellations may incur a 5% processing fee if made before shipment.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee (see policy).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Team Lighting LLC disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.
